Bill Montgomery | Vice President

Ever since a 2014 mission trip to build an orphan home in Masiphumelele, South Africa, Bill has been on a mission to help South African children affected by the HIV / AIDS epidemic.

A former Naval Aviator, Bill is a project manager and study director with Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc., a consulting firm in Reston, Virginia. He has developed requirements for major defense systems, provided effectiveness analyses for government and industry, and facilitated strategic planning and executive search processes for several nonprofits. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, the Defense Systems Management College, and The George Washington University Executive MBA Program, Bill is also a former vestry member at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Arlington, Virginia, where he is active in local and international mission projects. Bill and his wife Patricia reside in Fairfax, Virginia, and have a grown daughter, Jacqueline.
