"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

LQP raises funds to support the specific educational and emotional needs of at-risk children living in foster care in South Africa and the United States. Along with the donation for their educational needs we also engage with children in both countries to create art squares containing messages of compassion, kindness, and love for children facing the challenges of foster care. These messages are stitched into beautiful handmade quilts and then given to each child we help.
To provide educational support to at-risk South African and American children living in foster care, and to provide Love Quilts for each child that we support.
Actor and singer Patrick Wilson tells the story of the Love Quilt Project and how love crosses the oceans stitching together millions of vulnerable children in South Africa and America.
